LAMPS AND ARTISTIC LIGHTING
Polish handmade unique lighting

Lamps from our family art studio, which has been in existence for over forty years, have gained international recognition. During the World Exhibition in Seville, they represented Poland alongside the works of Franciszek Starowieyski and Jerzy Duda-Gracz. Many of them are in private and museum collections around the world.
We create proprietary designs inspired by Art Deco, Bauhaus, Java Style and broadly understood Modernism, as well as custom-made designs and replicas of lamps by other artists. Each lamp is handmade according to the traditional stained glass technique. Each element of the lamp is individually drawn, hand-cut, processed and fitted. The individual components are then soldered by hand. Working on the most complicated patterns, sometimes consisting of 2,500 elements, can take up to 2 months.
A
lamps are made of the highest quality hand-melted and hand-colored glass, imported from renowned world factories. Glass is colored with metal oxides and both the color and the price of a single pane depend on the oxides used. Consequently, the final visual effect depends primarily on the quality of the glass.

An excerpt from the Newsweek article:
"In his Warsaw studio, Edward Magdziarz together with 14 employees produces Tiffany lamps, which are then sold in his studio at prices between 140 and 1,100 dollars. Such lamps cost almost three times less than in a store in Brussels and six times less than lamps of similar quality, made in the west. "There is no other Tiffany lamp store like this in all of Europe."
